Are you looking for a low impact way to work your body like never before? POWER YOGA focuses on strength, balance, flexibility and core work. This intense style of yoga is designed to make you move and sweat. It is a totally different way to work the body and uses muscles you didn't even know you had. This class is designed for all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary. Classes are taught by a certified Yoga Instructor.
YOGA - ADULT POWER - SEPT/OCT (ages 18 to 99): Program is held at Van Lieshout Rec Center, building by ballfield, on Monday evenings from 5:30pm to 6:30pm starting 9/9 and ending 10/28. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle to each class.
Registration begins annually on August 1. Register early, as class size is limited to 22 people. After deadline, registrations only accepted at Park & Rec Dept if space available.
