The Van Lieshout Recreation Center is an indoor facility that can be utilized for rentals or programming. The indoor space is 1200 sq feet., with a room capacity of 99 people. The facility has heat and air conditioning so it can be utilized year round, and includes indoor restrooms. Within the room there is a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, stove, sink, and microwave. Included with the rental fee is the use of 15 tables and 75 chairs (setup and takedown is done by the renter).
FACILITY RENTAL INVOICE - For the facility you have reserved, the "Unit Price" listed is the facility rental fee, and the "SecDep" listed is the required security deposit (your security deposit will be refunded by mail a three weeks after the event date if all facility rental rules are followed, no damages noted, and keys returned on time).
