Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the Village of Little Chute has remained committed and flexible to ensure the delivery of services to the residents of our community. The health and safety of the community, staff, visitors, and program participants remain our top priority.  Throughout the reopening efforts, we have continued to be flexible, adjusting our response based on recommendations and guidance from Outagamie County Public Health, State Department of Health Services, and the Centers for Disease Control.  We have reopened park facilities to the general public and have modified our recreation program offerings. To help make registration fast, easy, and convenient, the Little Chute Recreation Department now offers secure, online registration for most recreation programs using RecDesk.  With just a few steps, you can now register your family online for recreation programs 24/7 from home, work, or anywhere with an internet connection.
 
Online registration opens at 8:00am on the date listed for each program.  Before you register for a program you will need to create an account (see details below).  Online registration requires payment with a credit card or debit card.  If you chose to register online, we highly recommend that you sign on to the online system a few days before registration is open to make sure that you're prepared the day it begins (if you forget your user name or password, please call the office at 423-3869 to have your account reset). Registration for all programs is still available in-person at the Park & Rec Dept (located on 2nd floor of Village Hall) weekdays from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 423-3869.
 
Create Your Family Account 
 
Before you register for any programs you need to create a login and your family account. For instructions on how to create your family account please CLICK HERE. In order to verify residency, the Parks and Recreation Department will need to verify your address and approve it in our system. Please allow up to 24 hours or 1 full business day to verify your account and residency. You will receive a confirmation email once your account is approved.
 
Registering for Programs
 
Once your account is created you are all set to register for programs or facilities! Click on "Programs" in the left hand column and all of the available programs for registration will be listed. For further questions on how to register please CLICK HERE.  If you forget your user name or password to the online registration family account you created, please do not create another account, just call us at 423-3869 and we can assist you in resetting your account.
