Private pool rental event questions can be answered by the pool manager (687-5322). Private pool rentals are allowed to bring in their own food, cake & drinks (NO alcohol). All food must stay under the pool shelter. Pool does not provide any food, utensils, or other items for private pool rentals. No refunds will be given for private pool rentals cancelled less than 14 days before the date of the party. Requests for a refund must be made at the Park & Rec Dept weekdays from 8am to 4:30pm. If a private rental is cancelled due to inclement weather, person will have the opportunity to reschedule event during that season. No refunds will be given in the event of inclement weather. The pool lifeguards & manager have the authority to stop a private pool rental in the event that the participants are not following pool rues. In the event that the manager asks the party to leave early, no refund will be given.
