Facility reservations CANNOT be made online, they must be made by phone (920-423-3869) or in person at the Little Chute Park & Rec Dept. A date is not booked until full payment of rental fee plus the security deposit is paid. You may pay the fees by credit or debit card over the phone, or by cash/check/credit card/ debit card at the Park & Rec Dept (located on 2nd floor of Village Hall at 108 W. Main St – open weekdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm). You can check the availability of a facility by visiting the calendar on this page (see note at top of page).

The Park & Rec Dept books facility reservations for Van Lieshout Indoor Rec Center and the outdoor open-air shelters at Van Lieshout Park, Doyle Park, Heesakker Park, and Legion Park. As of 2024, the Park & Rec Dept will now book Civic Center Indoor Rooms as well.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis starting on the first business day of the calendar year. Rentals for our indoor facilities are taken for February of the current year through February of the following year. Rentals for outdoor open-air shelters are taken for the months of May, June, July, August, and September of the current year only.
